We do not receive Federal or State funding to support our ministry. We exist only because of donations from our residents, faithful supporters, and volunteers from the community such as yourself.

There are several ways you can give to A.D.D.I.C.T. Ministries. Read below for information about monetary donations, our material needs, and our Cross Fundraiser.

We are seeking faithful monthly supporters, as well as one-time donations. We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) entity; therefore, your support is tax deductible. Material Needs

We are always in need of food, clothing and hygiene supply donations for running the ministry, specifically for our residents of Freedom House. Contact the office for information on how to give these items.

Current needs:

• Outdoor winter clothing items:
  •  –long johns, beanie caps, jackets, gloves, undershirts, socks & underwear (all sizes)
• Warm blankets
• Small plug-in  Space-heaters
• Winterization Work
  • such as roof work (patching leaks) & window sealing (to conserve heat)
• Work opportunities in the Henderson/Overton area
  •  -Location for a weekly carwash in Henderson/Overton
  •  -Odd jobs – yards to mow, clean up,  odd jobs, etc.

Vehicle Donations:

We are in need of a van or other small vehicle to transport our residents  to and from doctor’s appointments or parole meetings and also to get them to and from fundraiser and work related outings.

This truck was donated to the ministry by one of our amazing donors. This vehicle will help with our community service outreach, as well as transporting the men to job interviews and appointments. Contact us for projects such as yard work, property cleanup, and various odd jobs.

 

 

Cross Fundraiser

The residents of A.D.D.I.C.T. Ministry’s Freedom House create beautiful crosses that are available to purchase.  The crosses come in many sizes and may be special ordered with custom designs. Below are some examples. For information on purchasing, please contact the ministry office at 903-316-4324.
