When the Saints Go Marching End

When the saints go marching end. then we will sin like never before.  but first the march must truly began.  Men and women of God must get back to basics, stop compromising our walk with the Lord, be bold in the Lord and in the power of His might.  Pray with structure and give hope back to a dying nation.  Let the world see that we are different and let the church stop looking like the world. Just a few words to let every know God is not dead He is still alive and that life is in us, let the Word become flesh all over again and again and again.

Faith -vs- Fear

A question was recently asked of me; Why do we as humans fear stepping out on faith, knowing that God didn’t give us the gift of fear?

To know and to act are two different things. I believe that we will always fear the unknown until we develop a track record of success. Throughout the bible the disciples constantly doubted at many different times and our Lord admonish them, Oh Ye of Little faith, why did you doubt. Fear is human nature, faith is supernatural. As you mature in your walk with the Lord you will be transformed from a baby, carnal Christian into a Spiritual Christian who lives by faith and not by sight. We become supernatural in our belief and we trust what thus says the Lord more and more.

 (FEAR -vs- FAITH: Scenario 1)

Peter was seized with fear when he saw the Lord walking on water. Jesus said, “Fear Not, It is I.” In his doubt Peter says, “Lord, if it IS You, Bid me to Come.” Jesus said, “Come.” And Peter walked on water toward the Lord… It was evident that pretty soon thereafter doubt started to creep back into Simon Peters spirit and he began to sink. Jesus responded to Peter’s situation by addressing the obvious, “Oh you of little faith, why did you doubt? His faith caused him to step out but it was his doubt that made his faith little.

 (FEAR -vs- FAITH: Scenario 2)

In Luke  8:22, we find the story where “one day” Jesus said to His disciples,  “Let us go over to the other side of the lake.” So they went and Jesus decided to take a nap.

But as they went, a fierce windstorm (or squall) came down on the lake so that the boat was being swamped and was taking in water. They were now in great danger and jeopardy.

The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!” He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. “Where is your faith?” he asked his disciples.

Where was their faith? It was Jesus to ordered them into the boat and commanded them to head to the other side. If Jesus said it, that settles it and that’s that. That’s where their faith should have been at.

Where then, was their faith?? Their faith rested in their belief that they were going to die. They believed that to be a fact. Luke 8:24  “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!”

It wasn’t “We Might” or “We Could” but it was “We’re Going To Drown.” We to suffer from unbelief at times due to the FEAR we allow into our Spirits. We either believe the Truth of God or the Lie of the Devil.

Where does it all end

As I sit and think about the many of us that wear the tag Christian, and can’t stand the word “No”, or correction.  Did you know the the word “No” is anointed? The problem is rejection, we see correction as rejection. Then pain and hurts of unresolved issues suck the love of God out of us or prevent the Love of God to come into our hearts.  God places people into our lives to help us to grow.  Do we want to grow or do we want to have a form of godliness and deny the power that God gives to make us healed and whole?  There are many hurting people in the world of which we will never reach if we ourselves don’t get healed and realize that we are the Sons that the earth is groaning for to appear. Romans 8:18-23
